Let’s get healthy!

People with Down Syndrome are entitled to vibrant health and happiness.

Targeted Nutritional Intervention (TNI) provides a strong genetic framework for children with Down Syndrome to thrive.

Epigenetic stress coming from the gut, diet and environment all serve to weaken this genetic framework.  In my role as a clinician, I assist clients in identifying these stressors, through discussion, testing and research with the ultimate goal of transforming the body and mind via a natural holistic approach, to fulfil its optimal potential.

Founder and Director of The Conscious Pod, Naturopath and mother of a child with Down Syndrome, Gabi is available for consultation via Telehealth globally.  Appointments can be made online at
www.theconsciouspod.com and enquiries can be made at
c-pod@outlook.com.

Gabi is Lead Naturopathic Advisor in the ‘TNI Beginners’ Facebook group for parents following the TNI protocol. She also regularly contributes current research and articles to her own public Facebook page ‘The Conscious Pod’.

In addition to private practice, Gabi collaborates with Southern Cross University, NSW, mentoring Masters Students from the National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine via clinical observation.

Gabi obtained her Master of Clinical Science in Complementary Medicine in 2014 at Southern Cross University, and started private online practice specializing in Targeted Nutritional Intervention for people with Down Syndrome in 2017.

Since starting her Naturopathic business in 2017 Gabi has presented to the Down Syndrome Foundation of Florida online, and live to parents in Belfast, Ireland on “Optimal health and development for T21’. She has been interviewed by the ‘Coffee and Chromosomes’ Podcast series, and by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) on a Natural Medicine approach to treating T21.

Gabi has been twice nominated as an ATMS Natural Medicine Week Ambassador, and was a finalist in the ATMS practitioner of the Year Award in 2018.  She published articles on “Mitochondria’ and ‘The Microbiome and Down syndrome’ for Natural Medicine Week during this time.

Gabi presented posters at Metagenics International Congress on “TNI and Down syndrome” and “Acute Regression in adults with Down syndrome” in 2018 and 2019.

Gabi spent time working with Doman International in Italy in 2018 and was invited to join the Trisomy 21 Scientific Research Advisory Committee (SAC) USA as a Healthcare Provider in the same year.
