To Think…
To think…
My fear was real
It was true
There was no hope left.
The voices told me
You are not that mom
He is not that dad
They are not those siblings
They don’t deserve ‘this’
The lying past
Trying to steal her future, her very life….And ours.
The loneliness of wondering,
Of fearing what would be.
All lies.
When love comes, it blinds fear
Slowly but powerfully overshadowing.
A love so pure, without condition, without limits.
Where has the fear gone that once aimed to cripple this love?
By His mighty hand, we are transformed.
There is a joy like no other where there was once despair.
Life has triumphed over death.
I am blessed beyond measure.
